Ronald T. Kitchton
Robert Zimmerman has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2001. Robert has a great deal of experience with site selection for regional and national clients, as well as numerous tenant representation assignments and investment sales.
Robert is a Partner at Sunbelt Capital Advisors. He is responsible for arranging joint ventures, and for the acquisition, sale and financing of investment properties.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2001, Robert has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, headquartered in Greenville, SC. Prior to his entrance into commercial real estate, Robert spent nine years as a senior project manager for a regional engineering and surveying company.
Robert’s business skills and extensive surveying experience allow him to offer clients a unique perspective in commercial real estate. In addition to general brokerage, Robert focuses on investment real estate from individual needs to institutional quality. He has served as an advisor for numerous and varied clients including clients with upwards of $2 billion under management, Private REITs, diversified private investment companies.
Robert attended the College of Charleston, after which he continued his education by studying Engineering and Geographic Information Systems before entering Real Estate.
Ronald Kitchton has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1979. He has experience in substantial debt arrangement in excess of $1.5 billion, and has arranged numerous joint ventures. His sales record includes a total that exceeds $1.25 billion worth of income properties.
Ronald Kitchton is a Partner at Sunbelt Capital Advisors. He is responsible for representing select developers, coordinating joint ventures, arranging institutional and private equity and the financing and sale of projects. Financing options include New Markets Tax Credit
equity, Credit Tenant Lease Financing (taxable bonds), Mezzanine financing, and Construction and Permanent loans.
Ron served as a regional sales manager with Koll Real Estate, overseeing sales, leasing, mortgage brokerage, and development services, and served as a portfolio manager, in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Koll headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, managed in excess of 180 million square of commercial space prior to that division’s sale to CB Richard Ellis.
Ron also held the positions of Vice President and Regional Manager with Chemical Bank Mortgage Corporation, Manager of Mortgage Banking and Investment Property Services with Coldwell Banker Commercial URS, Vice President and Co-Director of income property sales and syndication for Ostendorf-Morris Co., and General Manager of Chelsea Moore Co., Cincinnati’s oldest commercial real estate and development firm.
Ron received his BS Degree from the Ohio State University and continued his advanced studies at Bowling Green State University.
Mark L. Morris
Barry P. Winer has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1985. He is an experienced Mortgage Banker specializing in arranging debt and equity, including mezzanine, preferred equity and joint venture capital. He is also an experienced commercial real estate broker.
Barry is the Founder and President of CAPITAL ACCESS, INC., a full service mortgage banking firm located in Boston, MA. Over the past 30 years he has financed multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, health care and land development. His capital sources include institutional and private equity, as well as Commercial Banks, Life Insurance Companies and Securitized Lenders.
Under Barry’s leadership Capital Access, Inc. has placed in excess of $1 billion in commercial finance and became a correspondent for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD. In 2006 he founded Capital Access Residential, Inc., a residential mortgage brokerage firm that is licensed by the Division of Banks.
Barry also has experience in real estate development, having completed numerous properties in the Boston market. He also was a partner in Leatherbee Mortgage and Development and currently holds the position as Managing Member of Bay Associates Realty, LLC, a full service commercial real estate sales brokerage company.
Barry received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University.
Mark Morris is Senior Vice-President with Sunbelt Capital Advisors and oversees Corporate and Government services for North Carolina. Primary duties include client consultation with respect to private equity placements, structured financing, participating mortgages, sale/leasebacks and real estate advisory services.
Mark has been actively involved in banking and investment real estate since 1979. He started his career as an internal auditor with Wachovia Bank overseeing regional bank operations, mortgage loans, and retail operations as a bank officer for the western region offices in North Carolina. He also served as a regional loan administrative officer overseeing credit review functions for WNC before leaving Wachovia in 1984 to form a regional appraisal company specializing in residential and commercial real estate valuations. He has been an active commercial and residential broker since 1978.
Mark graduated from Western Carolina University in 1978 earning his BSBA as a finance major completing the curriculum in three years. Mark holds an SRA designation from the Appraiser Institute, a General Certified appraiser certification in NC, and active NC broker’s license. He remains active in all aspects of real estate appraising, brokerage, and investment counseling.
Jim Koster joined Sunbelt Capital Advisors as a district manager in Ohio in 2012. Prior to this Jim held the positions of Vice President and Partner at Coldwell Banker United Realty Services in Ohio, where he focused on local and national assignments involving property acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. Concurrently he was the managing partner at Koster Investment Group, a real estate investment and property management organization focused mainly on multifamily properties and which he founded in 1989.
Jim has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1990, as both an investor and a broker. Jim has overseen a family portfolio of multifamily properties and numerous light industrial properties in the Midwest.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, where he was also a member of The Ohio State University Student Investment Management Program. Jim is currently pursuing a Masters in Finance, and is a CCIM candidate.
